The Spectrasol Sunflow floor lamp brings a unique lighting system using 3 patented technologies. Sunflow solves all types of light you may need indoors. It brings the perfect light for productive days, quiet evenings and undisturbed nights. The light modes are in line with the 24-hour light cycle in nature and effectively act on the Non-Image Forming (NIF) system of the eye, thus positively influencing and above all not disturbing our circadian rhythm.

Day ligh mode mimics natural sunlight with its balanced spectral power distribution (SPD) with pro-cognitive effects thanks to sufficient radiation in the cyan, the so-called melanopic region, and with a range of radiation up to 670 nm in the so-called deep red region, which according to available studies has regenerative photobiomodulation effects that protect our eyes from the risks of harmful blue light. Indirect illumination of the ceiling ensures even distribution of light with an illuminance (light intensity) of more than 800 lx in a medium-sized room. It shines like the sun on a sunny day with a correlated color temperature (CCT) of 5000 K and a high color rendering index CRI 96, R9 90.

In the evening Sunflow shines a warm white light indirectly on the wall at about eye level. During the evening the light becomes warmer and its intensity (illuminance) decreases. This mimics the light scenery during sunset and creates a pleasant atmosphere suitable for relaxing in the evening (sitting with friends, a quiet evening with the family, ...). The LED technology continuously blends the warm white light with a correlated colour temperature (CCT) of 3000 K and the very warm white light with a CCT of 1800 K, maintaining an excellent colour rendering index, CRI 96 for the light with a CCT of 3000 K, CRI 94 for the light with a CCT of 1800 K.

Night light mode
Restful nights
The patented night light mode produces a pleasant dim orange light below eye level like fire, without blue and green spectral components, with a very low melanopic coefficient MDER = 0.02. It does not disturb the circadian rhythms of the body and is therefore suitable for preparing for sleep and for possible illumination at night (visiting the toilet, breastfeeding,...). The sufficient width of the spectrum of the emitted light allows a basic colour differentiation in space, unlike monochromatic or RGB light sources, which are often uncomfortable for the user. The night light can be activated by a motion sensor.

Easy to use with no worries
The individual light modes are smoothly blended by the automatic Sunflow control system. The light is therefore always lit correctly depending on the location, time and season, with no possibility of error.
- Sunflow simply pairs with an app on your iOs/android device that guides you through the basic functions of the lamp. You set the optional parameters and then you can control the Sunflow simply by pressing a button or using the mobile app.
- Connecting with the app ensures that you always have the best features available with updates.
- One click of a button and Sunflow will always light up correctly for the time of day and year. With no chance of error so that your circadian rhythm is not disturbed.
- If you need to finish important work or, on the other hand, want to relax earlier, you can use the timeshift function to shift the light. But everything has its own rules to ensure that your circadian rhythm is supported as much as possible.
- Don't worry at night! Even if you turn off the Sunflow, the almost invisible motion sensor will notice you and light your way, so you don't have to think about what to press. And if you want complete darkness, you simply turn this feature off in the app.
Precise manufacturing down to the last detail
The lamp base is made of powder-coated steel and is heavy enough to ensure safe stability. Inside the base, a single pull-out module carries all the electronics. At the end of the electronics' lifetime, the entire control module can be easily replaced.
The stand is made from a combination of profiles and is anchored to the base by a high-strength piece milled from stainless steel to ensure that everything stays in place during use, handling and transport. The optical system of the stand ensures indirect light distribution especially for evening and night mode. It consists of an opal diffuser and special polarizing filters that send light exactly where it is needed and prevent unwanted glare.
The dominant part of Sunflow consists of satellites carrying patented daytime LED modules. The satellites are specially developed from powerful aluminum heat sinks that ensure sufficient heat dissipation for long LED life. Thanks to them, it is possible to radiate enough power from a small area to make your interior truly daytime lit.
