Such light is safe during preparation for sleep (90min before bedtime), at night and before sunrise.

If you turn off the amber light and turn the bulb on again within 11s, Vitae emits warm white light with a reduced blue spectral component. Such light is suitable for evening relaxation.

If you turn off the warm white light and turn the bulb on again within 11s, Vitae emits daytime white light with a high blue spectral component.
Such light is suitable for work, study and other daytime activities.
